Our goal with Vodo is to create a website and service that meet your needs. To do that - we ask some things of you, and you expect some things of us. Most of all, both of us expect mutual respect. This tries to detail those expectations, but it isn't all-inclusive.

4. Limitations

The materials appearing on Vodo's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. 6. Outside Content

Vodo provides you with the ability to distribute data between other sites on the Internet. 3. Hate Speech;
4. Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior;
5. Personal and Confidential Material;
6. Intellectual Property you don't have rights to;
7. Illegal Activities;
8. Gambling;
9. Dangerous Products such as malware; or
10. other material that Google may determine should not be distributed through its services.

You may only use Vodo to access resources on other sites you are explicitly permitted to access. In particular, you may not access resources on Google Drive or in other Google resources that are not authorized for you.

Vodo may link to other websites or services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or service. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Vodo of the site or service. Use of any such linked web site or service is at the user’s own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Vodo may revise these terms of use for its web site and related services at any time without notice, although we will attempt to notify current users through social media channels, the email address we have on file for you and/or through the website and service. By using this web site or service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Vodo's web site or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
